CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Please note that registrations that comes in after 19 August , event name tags will be prepared to the best of the secretariats' ability.
2. There will be no refund for confirmed and paid registrations.
3. The Society reserves the right to cancel the event if conditions warrant. In the event of such cancellation, the registration fees will be refunded in full (after deducting all bank/PayPal administrative charges).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All registration fees are published in Singapore Dollars. Both local and international registrants are required to make payments in Singapore Dollars.
2. Full payment of fees must be received 24 hours after registration. Attendees will only be allowed access to the conference upon receipt of full payment.
3. Full payment of Early Bird fees must be received 24 hours after registration and before the end of the early bird period, failing which standard fees will apply.
4. The conference will be conducted from 25 to 27 Aug 2025. 25 to 27 Aug (Day 1 - 3) will be held in-person at the Raffles City Convention Centre, Fairmont Hotel, City Hall. 
5. The Society reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
6. Please note that while speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the Society may necessitate substitutions, alterations, or cancellations of the speakers and topics.
7. Passes are non-transferrable.
