Whisky Tasting

We will be looking at a flight of 4 whiskies, their signature pork belly, and a whisky ambassador to narrate the golden liquids' notes to the audience, as the savoury transformation between snack and beverage chemically converges to a climax of flavor. Participants will be taken on a tasting adventure across Scotland, travelling from Speyside to the Hebridean islands of Islay and Mull, before finishing in Campbeltown, the self-proclaimed whisky capital of the world!

And for the fun of it, we have tasting notes starting from two personas!

Persona 1:
Tomintoul 10 Years Old: honey, vanilla, and heather.
Bunnahabhain 12 Years Old: rich and smoky, notes of peat, salt, and seaweed, hints of sweetness and spice.
Ledaig 10 Years Old: heavily peated, bold and smoky, with notes of earthy peat, sea salt, and black pepper.
Glen Scotia Double Cask: honey, vanilla, and dried fruit, hints of spice and oak.

Persona 2:
Tomintoul 10 Years Old: honey, vanilla, and slightly citrusy.
Bunnahabhain 12 Years Old: lightly peated, honey and unripe cherries
Ledaig 10 Years Old: peated, smoky, with notes of earthy peat, sea salt, and black pepper.
Glen Scotia Double Cask: honey, vanilla, and dried fruit, hints of spice and oak.
